“A psychologist recommended it to me and its a fantastic tool.

I started using Headspace a year ago when I was at my psychologist and been using it since. I use Headspace quite frequently daily sometimes several times a day.

Most useful about Headspace is the Mindfulness and breathing techniques daily affirmations. I don't dislike anything about it i think there is something on here for everyone.

Definitely I think there is something on there for everyone.

“I learned about Headspace at work since it is one of our perks to have free subscription in Headspace!

I started using Headspace a year ago! It’s more than just a meditation app; it’s like having a mini wellness coach with me at all times. I use Headsapce every night or during days that i need peace of mind. It helps me stay focused and calm, even on my busiest days.

I love how there's something for every mood and situation—whether I need help with sleep, stress, or just a quick mental reset. None I dislike! This app if very helpful! I love how there's something for every mood and situation.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to add some peace and mindfulness to their day!

“I got to know Headspace by doing some research online and also by doing a mental health Fist Aid course.

I am sending my daughter to headspace for last 6 months. I am taking her there every week for a session with the therapist.

It is very good for the adolescence suffering from mental anxiety and depression. They provide counselling services, try to talk and listen to you. Young kids can talk to the therapist openly as they don't open to their parents. They provide some really good guidelines to overcome the problem.

They are so busy it's hard to get an appointment with them otherwise no complaints.

If you want to help your kids overcome their mental challenges, I recommend Headspace. My daughter is very positive about going there.
